Our standard bridal appointments are 90 minutes.

Your gown is ordered to the closest numerical size using the designer’s size chart based on your measurements the day you say yes. Final fit comes from alterations support with a professional seamstress.
Designer customizations (like neckline changes, sleeves, or split sizing) may be available. Your stylist will guide you!
Yes. Many designers offer rush production for an additional fee.
Availability and timelines vary by designer—we’ll review what’s possible for your date.
We accept credit cards and cash (no checks).
We have two options - pay in full or 60/40. A 60% initial payment starts your order. The remaining 40% is due within 8 weeks of ordering your gown. The remaining balance is automatically charged to the card on file 8 weeks after ordering your gown.
We complete a quality check and notify you right away.
You’ll schedule a pick-up or try-on appointment in a private suite.
Pick up appointments are available Tuesday - Friday 10:00AM-5:00PM.
We’ll retake your measurements and review recommended alterations.
You (or the designated pick-up person) will sign our pick-up slip before the gown leaves the boutique.
If a family member picks up for you, they’ll need to be the one to sign and present ID.
During peak seasons, pick-up and try-on times may be limited to early/late windows—we’ll share the best options when your gown arrives.
Alterations are a separate service.
Most brides plan for 2–3 fittings over 6–8 weeks.
Common adjustments include hem, bustle, and fit tailoring; costs vary by gown and detail. Standard alterations typically range between $500-1,000.

Our VIP appointment includes an extended time in a luxurious, private bridal suite, a larger guest count, bubbles & your favorite sweet treats, and your playlist. It’s perfect for bringing the whole crew and enjoying a true calm-luxe moment. $250 for up to 8 guests, $350 for up to 12 guests.
Yes. Because gowns are made-to-order, all purchases (gowns, accessories, and off-the-rack) are final sale. We’ll review details and sizing together before you say yes to The One.
Often, yes. We can explore a sample loan from the designer. A small loan/shipping fee may apply and is typically credited toward purchase. Your stylist will handle the request and keep you updated.
We honor designer MSRP to protect our brides and the integrity of each designer. If you’re shopping on a specific budget, we’ll curate options to keep your vision and price point aligned—no pressure, ever.
We take measurements and order the closest numerical size from the designer’s size chart. Because bodies are unique, alterations achieve your best fit. If your measurements change from ordering to pick up, your seamstress can advise on the best path (tailoring, split sizing, or custom length where available).
No worries - we have several rush options by designer and have off-the-rack options! We also have discounted, off-the-rack gowns at The Bridal Outlet. Many brides say yes the same day with these timelines.
Standard bridal suites welcome up to five guests.
VIP suites are designed for larger groups.
For safety and comfort, we recommend arranging childcare; VIPs are adults-only.
Please skip fresh spray tans, heavy makeup, body oils, or glitter on appointment day. These can transfer to delicate fabrics and beadwork.
We recommend arriving on time. Parking details are included in your confirmation text/email (or text us if you need help).

Absolutely. Tell us your travel dates, we’ll create a curated pull so you can decide in one visit and arrange shipping, follow-ups, or a virtual accessories session if needed.
Yes—limited-time events featuring new collections or special incentives. Check out our Events page or follow us on Instagram for dates. Booking early is best!
We’re proudly size-inclusive. At ONE Bridal, many samples run up to bridal size 16. For sizes 18–38, our sister boutique Curve Bridal Collection offers an expansive selection.
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own however we provide complimentary champagne and snacks.
We do not purchase or consign gowns.
We’ll revisit favorites, try accessories, and give you space to breathe. If you need time, we’ll outline next steps and hold details for you—no pressure.
