In order to ensure you’re not rushed with your decision-making, we recommend that you begin dress shopping 8-12 months in advance of your wedding date. This is the ideal, not the absolute. This also provides enough time to perform alterations on your gown. Our hand-crafted gowns typically take 4-8 months to arrive. Rush orders are available but not every designer offers them, keep in mind that fees will apply. We recommend starting alterations 2-3 months before your wedding date.
Yes! Appointments are required to make sure a bridal suite and stylist are available to work one on one with you. If you need a later appointment, let us know, we are happy to accommodate an after-hours appointment.
We recommend bringing your closest family and friends. We allow up to 5 guests for a regular bridal appointment. If you have a larger party, we are happy to accommodate them in our VIP suite for an additional fee.
We recommend that you begin your shopping process approximately 10-12 months before your wedding date.
Don’t worry! We have some designers that have rush options. We also have some dresses available for purchases off the rack. In addition, our sister store, One Love Bridal Outlet, has a large selection of off the rack, take home today gowns.
Yes! However, we also provide champagne for our brides and her party.
We require 24 hours' notice of a cancellation; otherwise, this results in a $100 cancellation charge.
We have a variety of sample sizes in store for you to try on – up to a bridal size 16. We special order your gown based off of your measurements. Our sister store, Curve Bridal Collection, carries samples ranging from a 16-38!
Our made to order gowns range from $1,800-$10,000. Most gowns we carry will be in the $2,500-$4,500 price range. For a bride who wishes to stay below $1,500, please visit our sister store, One Love Bridal Outlet. One Love carries our sample gowns and their price ranges from $500-$1,500.
We accept credit cards and cash. No checks please. Ordering a dress will require a 60% down payment. The remaining balance will be due 8 weeks after the initial payment.

Alterations are not included in the cost of your dress. Payment is to be made directly to your seamstress.
Typical bridal alterations will range between $500-$1,000. Every bride will require a bustle, a hem, and the dress to be taken in a little bit. For more detailed changes to a dress, alterations will be higher.
We recommend starting your alterations 2-3 months before your wedding date.
We do not recommend dry-cleaning your wedding dress. We recommend preserving your dress. Wedding dress preservation thoroughly cleans, treats, and seals your wedding dress to ensure that the delicate fabrics will not yellow and beads with not change color over time.
Made-to-order means that we order your gown based on your measurements and the designers size chart. The most important thing to note is that made-to-order gowns are ordered to the closest numerical dress size based on your measurements that day. The gown is not made to exact measurements (which is referred to as "made-to-measure"). In order to achieve the perfect fit, the bride must seek the assistance of a seamstress or tailor.
While we can't carry entire collections from each of our designers, we can sometimes have the ability to request particular samples. Please email us to inquire about requesting a gown that we don't carry at this time.
